It happens when you meet men and learn their stories, made of care, ethics and respect, for the territory and for the rural culture, which is all the more contemporary as it is older.

A PLACE FOR RELATIONSHIPS

Meeting the pasta makers, the cheesemakers, the winemakers who work the products of the land and livestock with the right economy of spirit, gave rise to the decision. Create a digital shop, a place for relationships and purchases, where you can create a community between growers, breeders, producers and people who make taking care of things, the territory and food their lifestyle.

For over a decade it has been producing and keeping alive one of the most important heritages of our country. Soul of the Mondo Piccolo Agricultural Company, where over thirteen thousand wheels of high quality Parmigiano Reggiano are brought to light every year. A product born from the balance between man and nature, tradition and innovation, ingenuity and sustainability.

- ENTREPRENEUR AND STARTUPPER -

Serial startupper, from Genialloyd to ING Direct/Conto Arancio to Toy Watch and Showreel. For more than twenty-five years it has been dealing with the direct distribution of products and services. He directs, organizes and manages La Grande Bottega Italiana, a place where the tradition of hand-made Italy is told, supported and promoted by the innovation of the digital network.

Davide Rampello

- CURATOR, ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, MANAGER AND CULTURAL CONSULTANT -

President of the Triennali di Milano from 2003 to 2011, he oversaw the artistic direction of cultural events of national and international importance. Considered one of the absolute palates of Italian food and wine, he is responsible for the flavor combinations proposed by La Grande Bottega Italiana.

THE SUPPLY CHAIN

The farm covers the entire supply chain, from hay to the production of Parmigiano Reggiano. The dairy works with milk coming exclusively from our cows, and the hay we feed them comes from our fields.

SUSTAINABILITY

We have been able to combine the tradition of the art of producing Parmigiano Reggiano with environmental sustainability: we are completely independent from an energy point of view thanks to photovoltaic and biogas systems. Our farms have low water consumption and we do not use any type of fertilizer or chemical agent.

CERTIFICATIONS

In our Mondo Piccolo farm, in Roccabianca, we produce a very high quality Parmigiano Reggiano, recognized by the consortium with the Premium label. A unique product, dedicated to lovers of good food, pleasant on the palate even after maturing for up to 120 months of our most prized forms.
